This past week marked one year since Christie’s International Real Estate Dubai opened its doors. At the time, we spoke with pride at the prospect of becoming part of Christie’s rich heritage. Founded in 1766, Christie’s has more than 250 years of unparalleled expertise, being renowned for its expert live and online auctions, private sales, art appraisal and financing, and international luxury real estate services the world over. Launching in Dubai meant we became the Middle East’s sole purveyor of Christie’s esteemed luxury real estate arm and joined an international network of more than 950 offices in 48 countries and territories. This enabled us to offer our clients bespoke global access to the most exclusive marketplaces.

1. REAL ESTATE RECORD
We concluded the largest single sale real estate transaction in the luxury sector for 2021, earning a noteworthy record for Dubai’s property market. Working alongside OCTA Properties LLC, which represented the buyer, an iconic luxury residential property was sold for an undisclosed value. This is a common practice at Christie’s International Real Estate Dubai we ensure discretion and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
2. A RECORD-SETTING TEAM
We are fortunate to have expanded our client agent and advisor team, recruiting meticulous and approachable individuals with years of experience in local and international property markets. Our multinational team speaks a variety of languages and is committed to a superior standard of quality with accurate and up-to-date insights. This ensures clients gain the best opportunities the market can offer. 3. NEW OFFICES
2022 will see the opening of a new branch of Christie’s International Real Estate Dubai in the World Trade Centre, at the beating heart of Dubai’s financial activities. This will allow us to widen our availability for discerning clients and add to our comprehensive market coverage. We are also in the early stages of planning a third location, a bespoke office in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Both are expected to further our status as one of the U.A.E.’s most refined and reliable agencies.
